Heat treatment


Conditioning treatment


Quenching and tempering is to heat, quench, temper and heat preservation materials to make them have strong toughness and hardness. The utility model can increase the service life of the barrel screw and reduce the deformation.

Tempering hardness: HB ≥ 260

Setting treatment


Setting is to heat up the screw which has been rough machining to make its temperature larger than that of nitriding treatment, so that the screw which has been nitriding treatment will not deform or bend in the nitriding process.

Nitriding treatment


The hardness of the machine barrel screw after nitriding treatment can reach over hv900. The products after nitriding treatment have excellent wear resistance, fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.

Nitriding hardness: HV ≥ 900
Nitriding depth: 0.5-0.6mm
